NSA Ajit Doval left for Tajikistan capital Dushanbe on Thursday to participate in a regional security dialogue that will review the situation in Afghanistan at a time the Taliban is being accused of reneging on promises they made after seizing power last year in August, not least for protection of the rights of women and girls.
